Issue Resolved – Community Reassurance |

|
An elderly resident raised concerns about a young person repeatedly ringing their doorbell over a number of days, which was understandably causing some distress. I worked with the local school to quickly identify the individual involved and then visited their home address to speak with them. We had a constructive conversation about the impact this behaviour can have on others, particularly vulnerable residents. I’m pleased to report that the issue has now been resolved, and the behaviour has stopped.
